    It can be used on both my good man.
    And also if you have Gold then everyone elses profile on the X1 has gold to my gamer tag / profile is still xbox 360….. ;)

    If you're referring to your gamercard on Xbox.com, they haven't been updated yet to show Xbox One progress and pictures.

    No, this did not help me. The gamer tag is still active as I can look it up from another account and even send it a friend request. When I look it up it is definitely my profile and it say original Xbox user. So, the account is still active and my problem
    is not the gamer tag, its logging in with the e-mail address associated with the gamer tag.
