My gamer tag is not showing properly its a different name

My user name is not showing properly it has a UCD code as my user name WHY ? Please Help. Thank you. Scorpion1060

What do you mean with "UCD code"?

Did you changed your username lately? If you changed to a name that already exists or that has special characters, it will show like this : soméçing#1234

Unfortunately not! The only way of getting more achievemt is to play those titles on a different gamer tagged. Changing the name of your current gamer tagged in not an option as its linked to your ID. Hope that was helpful.

As I posted this, I noticed its showing my old gamer tag

No it was the other way around. My character name for eso will be different. I've changed my gamer tag again.

Under settings, then account , all options that show something with a name show my old gamer tag, I could not find any account option under the settings, and then system option but when I play a game then it shows my new gamer tag, iv only just finished downloading a game to play, I don't understand why I still have to see my old gamer tag on everything else though
