    My Gamer Score is gone.


    Hi All can Anyone give me a bit of info.

    Its been a very long time i haven't used my gamertag. Since Xbox 360. Recently i got a Xbox One S ( brings back some great souvenirs).

    I managed to find my Gamer Tag and password but My score is all gone. Can anyone tell me why?

    Hello, as far as I am aware your score should not of been lost (unless the account is a different one to your old account). I would highly recommend messaging xbox live support or giving them a call. Hope your issue gets resolved!

    Hello, as far as I am aware your score should not of been lost (unless the account is a different one to your old account). I would highly recommend messaging xbox live support or giving them a call. Hope your issue gets resolved!

    You can't. Gamerscore resets are permanent and you can never re-earn the achievements that were reset on that account.

    Hi There,

    I'm just gonna repost this because the other guy was asking the same type of question.

    Wait a few hours and see if it will come back on its own. Alternatively you can also add and remove your account to kickstart the process. Finally, it can also be due to the fact that Xbox Enforcement reset your gamer score due to modifying it, in which
    case you should probably check out their website.
