    My gamer score has disappeared


    As of january 1st many of the games im playing have reverted to 0 gamerscore as if ive never played them

    before. I was at over 150,000 gamerscore and now im at just over 94,000 i called xbox support and they referred me here please help.

    I checked and I'm at a good status therefore i don't understand how my gamer-score reset. Is there a way to get it back because its unfair tbh....

    Sounds like you may have had a gamerscore reset. You can check to see if you've had an enforcement action on your account by logging in to the following site:
    http://enforcement.xbox.com/

    No, Online and offline gamer score will not merge.

    The offline gamer score will disappear.
