My Gamer Score has been lowered from 79,160 to 49,005 PLEASE HELP

I need help. Microsoft Support has done nothing for me. My achievement score has been lowered from 79,160 to 49005 and I've tried "Waiting for it to fix itself". I've reinstalled my account to my Xbox and I've tried asking for support from Microsoft but
they just keep telling me "it'll be fixed in 72 hours" Then I wait and nothing changes. PLEASE HELP I JUST WANT THIS PROBLEM FIXED

Someone Please Help Me With My Gamer Score!

So I downloaded this Xbox gamer score program. At the time I didn't know what it did, I thought it would add actual games to my account and not achievements. But anyways, I used it and my profile has alot of 0 achievement games. I did not realize that: A. you were not supposed to do this & B. That it would give me a bunch of 0 achievement games. Can someone please help me?!?! I created an account and everything just to post this one thing.
*None of the games I want to remove have achievements... Its just that there are so many (600) that I wanna remove them all at once*

Normally a Gamerscore reduction happens through an enforcement action due to some sort of cheating to gain the Gamerscore.

Have you checked the enforecement teams website enforcement.xbox.com with the account that the Gamerscore is reduced on to see if they have any information?

This is not true, they don't decrease it, they reset it all the way back to 0.

I understand that you're having an issue with your Gamer Score being lower than what you remember it being.

If you haven't already, I would suggest removing your profile from the Xbox and reinstalling it.

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One

Once you've redownloaded the profile back onto Xbox, let us know if your Gamer Score goes back to normal.
