My gamer pic isn't showing even though it is completely appropriate.

Bumping this cause the problem is still going on.

The GG Accent Core Plus gamer pics are all buggy. I use one pic from "picture pack B," I get another game pic from a completely different pack. Not only that, but pic pack B doesn't show up in my gamer pic menu, even though I still have the pack on my system.

As you can plainly see, I'm having the same issue . I'm pretty sure I didn't use a Battlefield gamer pic though. When I click on my account though it shows my Xbox One gamer pic. Why is there a stupid hockey goalie in the forums though?

Mine doesn't even play games. I can't launch apps, games, can't even access some settings. The network settings are completely inaccessible. My gamer-pic doesn't show up either. I don't know what to do.

I have been trying to change my pfp for a few days and it won't do it. I know the pic isn't inappropriate because I've seen people woth similar pics of the same character. I've even seen people with far worse gamer pics. I want to know why it won't change

Sometimes It takes a bit for the moderators to check if it's appropriate and doesn't violate any terms of service and if it is appropriate then it should get approved within minutes and sometimes like an hour, otherwise contact support.

Sorry to hear about what happened. I know how frustrating this must be. I would feel the same way if I were on your situation. I hope you'll understand that even the support can't assist us with regard to Enforcement actions because only the Xbox Live Safety Team handle these cases and all details are confidential. They can only be reached through reports or case review.

I am afraid that our best option here is to wait until your suspension ends because you already filed the case review.
