My gameplay on my xbox series s is ugly and fuzzy and pixelated, somebody please help me out.

Hi, i have a problem, my xbox series s has fuzzy and pixel gameplay, I got this xbox series s around a year ago I used to use my old 4k 60hz tv to play on my xbox series s, I saw the graphics were fuzzy and pixelated but I just thought it was because the old TV, so I had to live with it, but now I play on this new monitor called the BenQ EX2710Q 1440p 165hz, the day I got it, I thought it would finally fix the fuzzy and pixel graphics but it sadly did not, I tried using the hdmi cable that came with my monitor instead of the one that came with my xbox but sadly nothing changed, I changed a bit my monitor settings but that too did not work. I think I was one of the unlucky kid that got a faulty xbox, I would of returned it a long time ago but I can't, because my dad got this xbox with a bundle on a site called Air miles rewards points. Sadly I think I would have to repair it or buy a new one wich I would never do. But if you guys have any idea on what I'm missing, that could probably fix my fuzzy graphics please help me out, I would really appreciate it a ton.

Hello again, you can try to do a reset on your console, but this could also be some setting on the monitor.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

It still looks pretty bad in campaign games, I switched my hdmi cable too and still has pixel looks, I don't know if its my monitor or not but if it is then I don't know how to fix it, I feel like I just have a faulty xbox, and I don't wanna pay for repairs or buy a new one, so I have to just live with it I guess until I get a new one 🤷‍♂️, I really appreciate the time you took to help me out, thank you so much and have a good day man.

Thank you for replying, soo its a lot in like campaign games, but its still visible if I put my brightness up in multiplayer games as well, I do not play on 4k, I play on 1440p 120hz.

What resolution are you using on your monitor, because the Series S doesn't have 4k.
