My gamepass is gone.

I reseted my xbox and now my gamepass is gone. I have checked subscriptions on settings and there is no sign of it ever being there. I checked payment and billing and no sign of it there. It was a 1 month ultimate plan and had been going on for 1-2 weeks so it shouldn't of gone. I also got no warning about that it would be deleted if it happened normally. Is there any reason for these?

This means that you're not signed in under the account where the game pass is purchased.

Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services using all Microsoft accounts that you own. Once found, sign in using that Microsoft email address on your Xbox console for you to use the subscription.

Do you own the game or did you have it on GamePass as it's gone from GamePass.

Please keep in mind that if you have gamepass you do get a discount towards any purchase of a gamepass game price so it's best to buy before it's gone

I have the same issue and it's the same for everyone.

Games are not working on GamePass. Metro Last Night Redux and two of The Walking Dead are still listed but if you look close, the little GamePass logo on the bottom left is gone. So it acts like they are not on GamePass.

My gamepass is gone.
