    I order an Xbox controller a month ago and it ships with an Xbox game pass ultimate trial. It sat it my drawer collecting dust until i picked it up today and tried to redeem it. The only problem is that it says that is has already been redeemed, even though
    it has been sitting in my drawer. And to answer one of your possible questions, I do not have siblings or an Xbox that they can redeem it on. I am redeeming it on my Windows 10 laptop.

    So adding just Gamepass codes adds to ultimate which in turn lengthens my gold? Sweet, I will no longer scoff at free Gamepass codes.

    I got my GamePass code in my email inbox today (2 days after I entered the promo code on Dorito's site). In order to redeem the GamePass code, I had to give my credit card or PayPal info. Next, I received a $1 authorization charge on my credit card and immediately got refunded. After successfully signed up for GamePass, I went into my Microsoft account and turned off GamePass recurring billing and removed my credit card info.
