my game wont update past 1%

So im trying to update my game and it says its updating bit wont move past 1% or it'll just go back to Queued. I even reinstalled the disk and unplugged my router and it still says 1%! Its done this for 2 days and my internet works fine on my laptop going
at about 1mb per second and the update is 252mb. Please help

Xbox wont update past 73%

I'm trying to factory reset my Xbox one but it gets up to 73% it goes to the start up screen and it's saying my wireless hardware is broken and it needs to go in through repair. I think its because it won't finish. Any help?

Sorry you're having problems with your Game update. It does sound like you've done the first steps by uninstalling the game and starting over, and you've cleared up anything network wise. I don't know if you're set to energy save mode, or quick boot so do
the following. With the Xbox on hold the power button for about 10 seconds. It will quickly turn off the Xbox. After that turn it back on and try to boot it up. If it's still stuck at 1% check your hard drive space by going to your games and apps, on the left
you should see X space remaining. if that doesn't work can you please let us know if you have more than one hard drive in your Xbox, like one going through USB? if so then change the default install path to the other hard drive.

If all those steps don't resolve, then I would put it back to factory and start over. Your profile and game saves are stored on the cloud so you don't need to worry about that. You will however have to re-install all your apps and games. Also, install the
game you're having problems with first.

I don't have Xbox live gold and dont wanna lose my game data I've only used 8% of my data to so i have enough space and ive turned it on and off, unplugged it too.
