    This is not working!

    when I got on to play it gave me a something went wrong for fortnite and when I went to xbox.com/errorhelp I typed in the code and it was wrong!!!

    I tried to use the code for the digital extras and it told me to go to xbox.com/errorhelp and it didn't recognize the error code that my console gave me.

    0x87de2720 error when opening applications

    I get the same error on my Xbox one. Started 16 Jan. apps like Hulu, Netflix, vudu, YouTube won't open. I've deleted and reinstalled, restarted and waited a few days and no luck. The error states that I need to go to Xbox.com/errorhelp and after posting
    the error code: 0x87de2720 it tells me that it doesn't recognize it. Please advise

    I am getting the same error message, trying to reset my xbox as it will not let me sign on to xbox live, figured this would resolve the issue but it wont let me! Even going to xbox.com/errorhelp brings up an error message from the microsoft webserver telling
    me I've found a glitch. WTF

    Makes me wish I had bought a PS4.
