    no game run

    its been 4 days since no game run on my xbox when i start a games the logo of the creator appears and after nothing, just a black screen, imhave try to reset my xbox and nothing

    Daily Challenge doesn't open

    I can't open Daily Challenge. I enter the game, connect but when I choose a challenge to play, the screen turns black, and a circle of spheres keeps spinning as usual, and the game does not enter. I'm placed on the desktop, and the mahjong
    icon appears on the taskbar

    My game won't start I enter and a black screen appears and exits me of the game

    My friends and I have experienced this a couple of times when attempting to play multiplayer.

    We have been able to fix it by simply resetting the game and reconnecting to the servers.

    A black screen appears when I start remote play on pc, Xbox app, I have been through all Xbox support and checked, please, this been going on for 4 months .

    It didn't seem to resolve the issue that when I start remote play on my windows device from the Xbox app (windows), a black screen appears forcing me to exit out the Xbox app, I have tried all Xbox support please can someone help?
