My game wont play

    My game wont play


    Listen i just bought the game and when i put it in my 360 it tries to start but kicks me off my account then immediately goes back to the home screen the logs me back in.... Ive been trying to ask for help for 2 wks now and xbox support doesnt seem to
    ever answer some plz help me

    my game wont play

    i downloaded doritos crash course and it said the game couldnt start. try downloading the game again. so i re-downloaded it 6 times and the same thing has come up every time .

    Hi,

    I seem to remember this back when i was on 360, have you downloaded any compatibility packs?

    If so try deleting all of them, clear you cache, delete your xbox account and do a hard restart.

    Then re-download your gamertag, and do fresh updates for borderlands, see if that helps.

    To do a hard restart:

    Power down your console

    Unplug power brick

    disconnect power brick cable from console

    leave for 5-10mins

    do reverse of above.

    If you're still having issues let me know.

    All original Xbox games require an official MS hard drive in order to play due to the emulation software required to run the game. The 4gb in your console is internal flash memory and not a hard drive. You would need to purchase a hard drive in order to
    play the game.

    Hey BmX, sorry to hear about the troubles with Crash Course! Okay, can you look in 'storage' to see if you have any save files for the game? If so, please try the following:

    1. Move any and all game files to a
    USB configured for use with Xbox 360    .

    2. Delete the game.

    3. Clear the console cache.

    4. Re-download the game from download history.
