    My game won't load


    Does anyone know how to fix this. So I was putting terraria in my Xbox 360 and when I press to load the game it took me to my games screen and there was two different versions of the game arcade an Xbox 360 so I pressed Xbox 360 version it was loading
    but it took me to the same screen that I was on so I press arcade and it did the same thing too does anyone know how to fix this

    Hello Hellycat,

    Sorry for the issue you are having with your console. First we recommend to
    power cycle     the console and unplug it for 30 seconds. If this doesn't do the trick, then do a

    soft factory reset    .

    Make sure you know email/password to the accounts on the console before the reset.
