    My game won't install


    Hi, I own both star wars force unleashed one and two on disc, i haven't played either game in a couple years but once I tried to reinstall them nothing happened it didn't even try to install the games..I've restarted my xbox and put the disc back in my console and still no download.

    any know what my issue could be?

    Hi ZackLindquist, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Please clear the persistent storage on your Xbox and then try to install the disc games again.

    Press the Xbox button on your controller, and select Settings.

    Navigate to Devices & connections > Blu-ray.

    Select Persistent Storage.

    Select Clear Persistent Storage - Do this 3 times.

    Also, have you tried a different disc game?

    That may affect it. Have you tried to reset your console keeping your games and apps? Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Yes I have played other disc games recently and I have cleared the persistent storage but still nothing works, I cant even find the game in xbox market place anymore..could that be the issue?

    When you put your disk in can you hear your disk drive spin up or does it not even recognize that there is a disk in it ?
