    My game won’t install


    At game stop i bought the 2 for 1 call of duty pack which included “Call of duty: infinite warfare”, and “Call of duty: modern warfare Remastered”. Call of duty: Remastered worked perfectly, and i loved the game, but Call of duty: infinite warfare stops
    installing almost imidiatelly after i press install. I have tried every thing that the microsoft help station has reccomended. I have tried restarting my xbox, restarting my wifi router, check for console updates, and i have more than enough space for it to
    download it. I looked at the error code and the error code was 00000000. Xbox says that code doesn’t even exsist. I have tried to call microsoft for and hour, and they put me on hold untill their call back hours expired. I have become so frustrated i need
    help.

    Hi there, 👋

    Please try the manual power cycle steps, be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering on again

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty tedious. I suggest uninstalling the games, then reinstalling after a soft factory reset (the kind that lets
    you
    keep your games & apps    ).

    When you get the chance, try that out and let us know if that helped.

    I tried to preform the full power cycle and it still did not work. I tried signing out and signing in.

    when i first had this problem i called game stop, and they said there might be a problem with the disc. Is there any chance i can get a game that works. Thanks for trying to help, but i think that this is a bigger and more complex problem that i do not know
