My game won’t install after a certain point it is the full game and is on disc what do I do

So I bought tekken 7 not too long ago and it when it is installing it’s going fine and then it just freezes and says game stopped installing and I did every thing on the Xbox website and none of it worked what do I do?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Kindly try installing the game digitally by following the steps below:

"1. Cancel the installation and remove the disc.

2. Perform a powercycle on your console.

A. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

B. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

3. Launch Xbox app on your phone and search for the game.

4. Click the game and choose "Download to Console"

5. Wait for the game to install completely before inserting the disc to play it."

Is the disk new? Are there any signs of damage to the disk? If.not are you getting any sort of error code and have you checked your available storage space?

I am having a similar issue, except mine is that when I install the full game, it won’t load into the profile after doing all the connection checks.

Now if I just have Co-Op and Warzone, everything is fine, but if I have multiplayer and campaign installed it sticks at the “press A to continue” screen even though it says I am logged into my profile at the top left, and won’t let me go any further than that.

At this point I am out of options on resolving this without having to format my Xbox drives and start over with all my games

Why does my Xbox series x 87 days old not play any disc whatsoever ?? Won’t play Xbox one game Xbox 360 dvd or Blu-ray won’t play anything it’s the 5th Xbox on the spin to do this ? What’s going on with these crappy drives and power mode ( Microsoft won’t admit there’s a massive problem with their disc drives ! That’s facts

YouTube has like 50 videos of people not being able to play a game they own on disc I think I’ll get full refund and buy PS5 no way will a Sony product not read discs

Yes, decline the update and do it later. Most games will install to a certain point, and then download updates if you ask it to. I always find doing it after to be the more reliable move
