    My Game won't download


    Good evening. I purchased Fifa 18 Standard Edition about half an hour before. I checked my account and my card, and the transaction was indeed completed. However, it won't install. The game appears as mine, but for some reason, it did not install by itself.
    Then I tried to do it manually, was got nowhere. I click on the game and when the menu displays, I click on Install but nothing happens. I had done several purchases before, but this is the first one that went wrong. I was really looking forward to play it
    by tomorrow, but I guess I'll have to wait a little bit longer. I would thank you so much for your assistance.

    Same problem here. I got the standard edition too. Install not working. And there is no alternative option to get the download started separately too. Please help.

    Hi there,

    please try the following steps:

    1. Remove the current installation for the game.

    2. manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    3. Try installing the game with the steps mentioned on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/troubleshooting/game-installation-process-stops

    Hey there!

    Very sorry to hear about the issue, definitely sounds like an odd one. Are you still encountering this issue? If so, I recommend starting with a power cycle. Here's steps how!

    1. Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One until the console fully powers down.
    2. Once the Xbox One has powered down fully, power right back on and test the results!
