My game won't connect to the Xbox network.

May I know what steps have you tried so far?

You can try performing a power cycle or clear your MAC address. Go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try to launch the game again.

Without knowing more about the issue, I would suggest the following:

1. Turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds. This clears cache.

My internet in the house works fine on everything except my xbox, it won't connect to the internet i have tried everything on the site, could it be that my xbox is broken? it picks up the network I'm trying to connect but won't connect

Ah, yes. I am familiar with internet connection sharing and network bridging. But my pc won't actually recognize my 360 as a network. I open my network connections and there is no port or connection for the game system. I have the internet source recognized,
but not the other half of the issue.
