My game will not load up.

Hey there! Most of the time this can be fixed with a full reboot. Go into Settings, Power, Restart Xbox. If that doesn't work, in Power, go to Turn Xbox off, and unplug the power cord from the back for about 2 minutes.

It is correct that there is no ETA. We all understand it's frustrating and we apologize for any inconvenience. However, there's nothing that can be done except wait.

I have loaded up the game and then it crashes when my world is loaded

Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:



Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Solution 2: Check for any pending game updates.



Go to “My Apps & Games”, select Cal of Duty, and press the more options button. From the list, select “Manage game & add-ons” and then “Updates”. Any updates will be available here.

Solution 3: Uninstall and reinstall the game.



Solution 4: Do a factory reset



1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

I think i'm going to start either Honest Hearts or Dead Money tonight. My biggest beef so far with this game is it takes me (sometimes) 20 minutes just to load up the game. It sits on the loading screen forever, I have to dashboard out and retry. Clearing
the cache never seems to fix the issue either. The way i've gotten around it, is to load a really old save, and then when that game loads up, I hit 'start' 'load' and then load up my newest save. Pain in the butt.
