    My game will not load! It keeps crashing! Why


    Why does my Bingo game keep crashing? Ever since I downloaded the newest updates, I cannot play the game! You cannot go back and redo the updates because when you shut the pc down, it automatically updates, so you are screwed there.

    Need For Speed game crash.

    My game keeps crashing before it can load a race. And it seems to crash about 5 minutes after leaving the garage. (This is the digital version.)

    Sorry to hear about the game freezing trouble! To start out, can you try uninstalling one of the games you're having trouble with, power cycle your Xbox One, and then reinstall it to see if there's any change with performance? That often clears up trouble such
    as freezing.

    You mentioned that you already performed a factory reset, did you try to remove everything or just keep games and apps?
