My game was taken from me so I'm out 70+ dollars

Digital games can be removed from the Microsoft Store at any time due to license agreements expiring between developers and the Stores they distribute their games from. Most developers that make franchise sports game, which release a new game every year,
stop supporting the older titles within 2 years of the newest installment. WWE 2K17 was no longer being supported by the developers with updates so the digital version was eventually removed from the Store. A physical copy would still work if you had one.

I recommend reading over the
Microsoft Services Agreement; specifically sections 5, 6, 7, 8, & 14 for the relevant information about third-party apps (games) or services availability in Microsoft affiliated Stores.

I would recommend contacting the publishers,

Well I was apparently wrong about my bank refunding my money. Just this evening they've taken the money refunded back from me. I guess because they haven't been able to get the case sorted out with the investigation team at xbox live that it was actually
unauthorized and not me trying to scam them. So now I'm out of $130 some dollars and a xbox live account. I was annoyed before. Now I'm just kinda pissed off.

Not where I'm from in Ontario if i go to Wal-Mart or Macs i get 1400 points for 19.99

I'm having the EXACT same problem. I'm on series x and 15 minutes into the match my screen freezes and I have to close the game. Cant even play a game I paid 70 dollars for...

Do you even know what you're talking about, the new games are $69.99, thats $70 not 60. Plus you ad taxes and thats $80 dollars. And the NES wasn't $500 dollars when it came out so I wasnt complaining when the games where that much. And gaming isn't cheap,
come on are you joking me with that one. A good PC cost $1000 dollars, and and Xbox One is $500. If thats cheap then you need to re think everything you know about money.
