My game shares have run out because someone got into my account and game shares to their Xbox

my game shares have run out because someone got into my account and game shared to their Xbox and I was wandering if you guys could reset it

Share account to another xbox

Hi people, my question is about how many times i can share my account to other consoles, i was sharing my account in 2 consoles and we didnt have a problem but then, when my gf put my account as main in her console it appeared a msg that said that i couldnt
do that again until 21th october, then when i got back to my house i checked if my account was the main in my console it wasn't. so yesterday i put my account to be my main in the console, but my gf said that she couldnt play on live because of that, she shares
me game pass and i share with her xbox live, and i got another friend to share fifa, does someone know what is happening?

 

Cannot Share Xbox Live For Some Reason

I just got a new xbox for my brother and want to share my games and Xbox live so I set the new xbox as the home Xbox for my xbox live account and then logged into his already existing account on the xbox n it didn’t share gold just the games. Then I tried
creating a new account and it still wouldn’t work. (I put both of them into my “family”)

 

Hi, if someone "got into" your account then the first thing you'd be best to do is change you account password and contact support and raise an unauthorised access incident with them, that of course does come with some things that may not please you so much,
support could block access to the account totally until things are resolved, that would mean not even you could access the account.

As for the Home Xbox setting, if you've used up all your allowed changes then in certain circumstances Xbox support may be able to reset that limit ( for instance if you had to get a new Xbox for some reason ) however you may find that support send you on
your way and you'll need to wait out the time until you can change the Home Xbox again.

Like the other poster said you need contact support for this but keep in mind this a once time per account courtesy. Make sure you change passwords so they can't do this again.
