My game score is disappearing.

I have been a member for 12 years and amassed a 320-K game score. I have been ill for awhile, but better now. Logged into my account this morning to see that my game score had reset to 241-K. I checked the enforcement page which states that I have a perfect
record. Can someone explain what is going on? I realize that it is just a number, but I take pride for it.

Oh, I have paid for membership for 12 years and followed all rules of conduct, does that not afford some consideration in return?

Killing Intent

I've seen this happen to couple of my friends and it fixed itself in a day or two. It might just be a glitch. Wait for a couple of days, and if it's still not going back up then contact the customer service.

This has happened before, as a service issue. I would recommend you submit the issue to the developers

following the steps here. You don't need to be registered in an Insider ring to submit feedback like this, but it will get it to the developers along with a lot of pertinent information about your system that might help them identify what the issue is.

If the effected games are Xbox One games, it's just a glitch that happens occasionally and usually fixes itself within a few days.

My scores have also disappeared on all games.....Solitaire, Mahjong and Minesweeper. looking at this message it appears to be a system problem?
