My game says it wasn’t completed payment but I was charged for the game

We would like to set your expectation that Community doesn't have the ability to check or handle billing concerns since we do not have the right tool for those queries. 1. May we ask for what game are you referring to?
   
2. May we know when did you purchase the game?
   
3. We would like to ask from what store did you made this purchase?
   
4. May we ask what is showing in your order history for this specific game if it is not completed?
   
   • If any case, it is a failed transaction, you may need to contact to your bank for dispute. Failed transaction happens when Microsoft was not able to collect the money from your bank.
     
   • Otherwise, please do let us know.
     
5. Did you already contact support regarding this issue?

Okay, if the funds are insufficient then split the charge, what about Games with Gold purchases/transactions ? I can't complete the purchase, it says to 'add a payment option'

It depends on how you pay for the game. If you pay for the game completely with Microsoft account funds (full game + any taxes), you will be charged immediately for it. Otherwise, as choppy stated, you'll be charged about 10 days prior to the game's launch
- this includes partial payment with MS funds and covering the rest with an attached payment method.

For some reason, after I try to purchase game pass with my account balance, it says to approve the payment from my banking app, saying I will be charged 17.99 on my banking app when I already have sufficient funds on my account.

What is the issue here, and will I actually be charged on my card?
