My game (Persona 4 Golden), stays in a blank screen when opened

I have been trying hole week to get this solved. To skip some basic first thought solutions. I have already went to "message a game in the community" option to try to get some technical help, with the gamer i tried a lot of possible solutions regarding an error of Xbox or Microsoft, from reinstalling xbox app, restoring my sessions, starting pc with clean boot, uninstalling the game, updating all my drivers, dependencies, and some others, none of it worked, we, the gamer and i, come to the conclusion that is not a xbox game pass, either a Microsoft error. And yes, i can play other games on the xbox game pass, this is the only one with this error.

Again, i have all my drivers updated, that includes directX 12, .NET Framework 4.8, and all the Visual C++. I got 16Gb of Ram, 2Gb of GPU (it's the Intel one that came with the PC, still waiting to buy a proper GPU), and an Intel core i5 4590 3.30GHz (kinda meh but it should work).

All i get when i open the game (Persona 4 Royale), is a blank screen, no sounds, and if i wait there, the game will just stop working.

I have already tried to talk with sega customer support, all they do is keep sending me to the xbox game pass support. I really want to play this game. I can literally play the next game in the line (Persona 5 Rolaye). It makes no sense to me why the persona 4 wouldn't open. Any idea what could it be? What can i do?

Update Graphics Card Drivers: Go to the website of your graphics card manufacturer and download the latest driver for your graphics card.

Ive done the files check a few times already yes, also uninstall-reinstall. About third party overlays i tried with a clean boot so no other software was opened. And about BIOS im going to try that out
