My Game Pass ultimate won't register to my Xbox app

If your subscription is still up to date and you don't have access to the games, I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

The problem I'm referring to is not on an Xbox console but on the Xbox app on PC, sorry for not making it clear. But still my account can't register my subscription. When I go to settings the subscription that I have pops up for a second and then dissapears.

Are you logged into Windows with the correct account too?

You have to log with the account that has the subscription active on the Microsoft store app(not only the Xbox app) that way you will have access to the Game pass Ultimate suscription on the PC

However you won't have access to more games than the ones you see currently as the games are the same, the difference is that Ultimate game pass gives you access to the PC/Xbox and Cloud games

You do know I just got off the phone with support and they settled for only fixing half of my issue, sent me to windows to be told they wouldn't do nothing about it, gave me attitude, then hung up on me, and when I went to check out the app, everything they did to "fix it" went back to being broken. My game pass ultimate I use strictly on PC. Under my user, after resetting the Xbox app, my account will have the ultimate logo under it for a second before disappearing. My account says it's active, but the app won't recognize it. There is no reason in the many years game pass has been out, that they still haven't fixed the app issues.
