Thanks for coming to the forums. WE understand having issue with subscription. We recommend to check your subscriptions, make sure the game pass is active. If it is you can try and

remove and re-add your profile on the console. This will sync the profile with what Microsoft/Xbox has.

I'm using android version 11, I've tried the game pass app and the game pass beta app, and my account has game pass ultimate. This problem only exists on my Galaxy S20 FE phone, but everything works fine on my Galaxy Tab A tablet. UPDATE: As of today, the GAME PASS app says INSTALL TO for all games, and the GAME PASS BETA app shows the PLAY button darkened and not working for all games.

To share subscription between PC and console, you need Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
