My Game pass has not provided.

Hello, I have just bought game pass ultimate just about 40 minutes ago, my balance has decreased from my card, but my game pass ultimate is not here. What should I do, is there a bug occured?

I would suggest you try a hard reset on your system to see if this fixes the problem. You can also try removing and redownlaoding your profile to see if this fixes the problem. I would try those two options first and let us know if that has fixed your
problem.

Try contacting xbox support i had a problem but with gold before so if you contact xbox support they can go into further details about the situation.

I hard reseted, and removed my profile, sadly it still did not work. At my first purchasing attempt, it said purchase failed, but then I corrected my information and then it said successful, maybe a bug occured at this process, I can not even see it in
my purchase history, but in receipt it has been paid. I also have live gold, maybe they do not go together? Thanks for your interest.

an Xbox One we suggest
power cycling your console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Also, you can try

removing your profile from the console and downloading it back. Be sure to let us know the results!
