    Hi There,

    If the server is having issues it might not be on your end but on the Xbox's end. Try and wait a couple hours and see if you get the same error when you sign back in.

    Do you have an active subscription that you can verify in your Microsoft account? It should list your active subscriptions if you sign into this link.
