    unique code has been accepted and is showing in the purchase section… but how do we down load the game ?

    As this was a gift and it’s crazy not to see a button to click install..

    The game was given as a digital download for pc or Xbox..

    The app just says I have to re purchase it…no option to click download. Very frustrating…I appreciate everyone’s help..but this is a gift and unable to use/ play ..

    Well bizarrely 3 days later the code worked !! And showed us the Download button….so all i can think off there was a blip in the system…but we now have one Happy son…
