my game not showing up in library or payment history

hello,

a couple of hours ago i bougt call of duty modern warfare. but my problem is that it is not showing up in my payment history or my library. do i need to wait longer or is there a problem? please let me know.

Did you happen to get a confirmation email about payment going through/tracking number? Check your email/junk mail and see if there is one there. If there isn't you will have to contact support and ask them as the purchase maybe didn't go through.

When you contact Xbox Support, keep checking the options until you get a callback from a live representative.

Yes, when viewing the game on the store page it says it can be purchased, and it doesn't show in the Xbox library. The payment shows in my purchase history and the money is gone from my PayPal account.

Hello!

The games and DLC are still not showing up in my order history HOWEVER they are in my license list.

I do not see the games in my library, and the “DLC” is Silver for Destiny 2 which is not* displaying in-game.

Hi, usually when a games doesn't show up in the library, then chances are it's corrupt. Try deleting the game, then redownloading it from your download history.
