    hi, I have recently updated the xbox app and now it doesnt show any games in my game library. althrough i own some they dont show up in my computer. but wheni use my laptop to see all that games thay show up in my laptop.
    please help me with this issue!!

    i have diublechecked that i am logged into the same account

    But I really advise you to stop playing, since getting banned will make you lose all your purchases and would make you need to purchase everything again when Qatar gets supported by Xbox. Not worth to be honest.

    the region of my Microsoft account is US

    the region on my computer is Qatar

    but games did appear before the update installed. (last week)
    until then everything was working fine

    May I know which country do you live?

    Also, please leave all the beta testing and system updates from the Insider program and try to reinstall the gaming services one more time, please.

    If your Microsoft account is US, please try to use your computer region as US too as Qatar is not a supported country for Xbox.

    But please note that using a country that is not your living country and try to bypass country restrictions may cause your account to get banned. But I understand you since Qatar is not supported and you would not be able to play games anyway.
