    My game keeps saying I need to sign in on the account I bought it on


    I need to know why it says I need to sign in on the account I bought it on as I'm on the account but it's not letting me play on it

    Yeah I opened Halo 5 and it keeps kicking me out saying I either need to sign into the account that bought this game (which I did buy on my account) or the error code

    I've been having trouble playing my game that I bought a few weeks ago, Tom Clancys rainbow six siege, it keeps saying "the person who bought this needs to sign in even though I bought it. Any suggestions? I've already factory reset my xbox.

    I can’t play my games and I need help.

    I’m sorry to say but I still can’t play my game.

    It still says and I quote “The person who bought this needs to sign in.

    Sign in with the account that bought the game or installed the app.”

    I bought mw2 and it says i dont own it

    Tried this 4 times and it keeps saying the account that bought it needs to sign in. I spent $90 on this and it shows completed by the purchases.

    What games in particular are you running into this issue with? Do you see the games listed on your
    My Games page? If you don't see them there, that would seem to indicate that the account you are using to check did not purchase the games in question.
