    my game keeps freezing pls help me


    i need help

    so everytime i finish the tutorial my game starts to load into the loading screen my game crashes

    i have tried loading into new games 4 times now so i have done the tutorial 4 times and it does not save pls help me

    minecraft xbox 360 edition freezing at same point

    My minecraft xbox 360 edition keeps freezing immediately on the initializing server screen when trying to load a world. help pls.

    I am terribly sorry about this issue you are having! I would recommend that you try to power cycle your console, this will most likely fix the issue. Please follow the steps below.

    1. Kindly power down your console.
    2. Unplug your console for thirty seconds (Please unplug the cord from the console and not the wall)
    3. Reboot your console.
    If you have tried these steps and you are still having problems, I would suggest contacting our support team! I really hope your issue gets resolved.

    Couple things.

    This could infact be your disc. I would tried downloading the game in question to your hard drive so it is not using the disc during gameplay as much.

    If that doesnt work I have a few questions:

    Does your console only freeze when you play something on Xbox LIVE? Try playing offline content such as a game disc. If your screen only freezes when playing on Xbox LIVE, the problem might be related to your Internet connection.

    Where is your console? Is it getting proper ventalation? Try moving it if you have any doubts.

    Does your Xbox 360 console has a hard drive, if so the screen might be freezing because of a problem with the hard drive. To see if this is the problem, try removing the hard drive temporarily.

    Removing Hard Drive:

    1. Turn off the console.

    2. Position the console horizontally.

    3. On the right side of the console, locate the release for the hard drive cover. It is close to the back of the console.

    4. Slide the release toward the front of the console, while pulling open the hard drive cover.

    5. Firmly pull the tab to remove hard drive.
