My Game is not opening anymore!

Whenever I start the game and the sequence appears where you have to press "A", the game tries to update the lists etc. before it connects you to the multiplayer main menu but exactly at this point the game closes by itself and this over and over again.

I have tried so many things but none of them have helped.

Oddly enough, I created a second profile and linked over to my home console and the game works!

Can anyone help me?

I want to play with my main Profile!

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

This may mean that your game data is corrupted. You may need to remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

You mean opening the DVD drive and closing it again?

Games are on disk and are 'NOT RECOGNIZED' by the console anymore...

We were wondering why all of our users have been quiet! I'm incredibly happy to see that the app is no longer crashing. I'll confirm with the team before considering your issue resolved, though. I'll update once I hear back from them!

Hi

I am getting no sign in screen, no option to add in any user information at all. The green screen with Xbox logo appears for about 1-2 seconds then immediately turns off.

When i reinstall it on the first attempt it lasts slightly longer and I seen the sign in but flash up before it closes but not long enough to press it
