    My game is letting me play it


    about a year ago i bought a $49.99 pack on warthunder after a week i refunded it then it says i cant play the game because of negative golden eagle contact support so recently i bought $49.99 of golden eagles hoping it would let me play but its still saying negative golden eagles contact support and not letting me play what could the problem be? and where should i go to contact support

    Sorry to hear it. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Hopefully that will resolve the issue for you.

    If you didn't purchase it, then you were playing it through 1 of 2 ways. Either someone else had purchased it and had your old console set as their Home so you were accessing their games. Or you were playing it through Game Pass. GTA just left Game Pass so you wouldn't be able to play it through that anymore.
