My game is installing itself again

Now I know I have slow internet, I except that. So I've come to expect slow download speeds. In fact some of my games take over 24 hours to download. What I don't expect is a game to install itself again after I've already installed it and played it last
week. I got and installed elder scrolls online last week. Got it on my day off and it took to days to downlode. Now it's one week later and I've got my two days off again so I go to play my game and it is installing again. Not an update but installing. Has
anybody else had this problem and know what the he'll us going on?

The Walking Dead Game

Perhaps the game itself is corrupted. Have you tried deleting the game and installing it again?

my game disappeared after viewing it in the store simply like it uninstalled itself... do I really have to do hours of installing again

check the store itself again find the game on the store if its purchesd it should give you the option to install again

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to possibly get this this resolved. I can totally understand how this could be pretty concerning and how you eager you could be to get some kills. I suggest giving the console a

soft factory reset. It's a reset of your console to factory default while keeping your games and apps installed.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.
