My game is frozen??

Discus and support My game is frozen?? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I clicked LOAD and my game is stuck I even turned off my Xbox One for a good 15 minutes lol...     My game is frozen??


    I clicked LOAD and my game is stuck I even turned off my Xbox One for a good 15 minutes lol... Each time I load the game it is stuck at this screen wehre you load the world up...

    I don't know what to do...

    Is my game playable...

    You can't play NTSC games on a pal console.

    I did all the story missions, and the Terra one, but it will not go to playthrough 2.5. Is my game broken?

    umm I changed my xbox start up settings and loaded BF4 and COD AW before Minecraft and it's working now..

    My Xbox is frozen but not frozen

    I had this same problem tonight. There was a major outage in the south east of the United States and a few other minor outages. It only effected some accounts, but not all of them. What i did to get the problem resolved was to hard reset my Xbox, and internet,
    and then I just kept trying until it worked. It took me about 25-30 minutes before it was working for me. This is also a rare occurrence and does not happen often. If your problem is not resolved tonight, the hopefully Microsoft will have the problem fixed
    by tomorrow. If you have any follow up questions, you can go to https://support.xbox.com/ or email Microsoft.
