Why you Cancelled my game (Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II)

I bought the game redeem code And you know that it is not a visa that allows the buyer to claim the cancellation of the game.
I contacted you and you told me that the seller requested a return,I went to the seller, and he told me that it was the card redeem code
It moves from more than one merchant until it reaches the customer, It is not permissible to claim it back after use,the redeem code is used
You know that whoever sells the cards distributes them to the merchants, and the demand for a refund is illogical, especially after using the card
The seller laughed and told me that he had bought the card from another seller and could not return the money because the card was already used
I ask you to return the game to me, it is your fault, because you know that this card was sold by the merchant and used by the customer.
It is not permissible for you to tell a customer to go to the merchant that you encourage fraud in this case

Finally, you know that the account holder who used the card is not the one who asked for the refund. Why do you agree?

G2A is a known reseller of stolen game keys. They are in no way authorized by Microsoft. It is your problem as the buyer to get a refund for an illegitimate game key from them. It is not my duty to deal with them. Especially since I don't even know if the code you bought was actually purchased using my mom's account...

Furthermore it might be a good idea to remove your personal data from a public forum...

Hello,

These game codes on unauthorized resellers' sites are often bought used stolen cards and hacked accounts.

How do I know? Because I've just gone through the process of recovering my mom's stolen account and found out that it was used to buy 3 codes for COD MW2. I refunded the codes as the account was hacked and the games were bought using illegitimate cards, from an xbox located on the other side of the planet. MS support agreed and refunded the games. There's even a solid chance that you're the buyer of one of these codes.

Be glad that your account wasn't banned for buying stolen keys, as MS has banned people for that in the past. Only use legitimate sources to buy games. Do not support thieves and scammers.

What can MS do about these sites? It's a constant cat and mouse game trying to fight them and hackers always find a way. The solution is to stop buying games from thieves.

I can certainly understand your frustration here. But as this is an open forum I'm afraid no one would be able to help beyond what information has already been provided here or what you have spoken to support about.

As the code was reported as requesting a refund on the seller's end you'd need to continue dealing with them.
