    Yesterday I bought Just Cause 3 and my Frames are at 19. It doesn't get better.

    I paid for a Game which works find and not like ***.

    Can Microsoft delete the Game from my Account and give me my money back?

    I only want to buy a game that works fine!!!

    who do i talk to about a refund for a game (digital download) which isn't playable?

    zero interest in going to developers forums and begging for a fix. its broken i want my money back.

    mirrors edge catalyst is a broken POS which is a pity because i loved the first one.

    As someone who can't play discs on my Xbox anymore, due a lil' incident, the free games are really ideal for me seeing as I had most of them before so I still got the saves.

    Unfortunately, after more than 30 hours of play it will not be possible to get a refund. You can still report bugs and glitches on the

    forum     for fix.

    There is another free game due out first of next month, it may be more to your liking. Cant help you with the friends /clan thing. Do you use a mic when you play, talking to people helps.
