    Please giving me full access to the Xbox Live service because the problem frequented more frequent and dałoo to fix it in no cor- .If the problem powtażał it was contesting for irregularities in connection to Xbox LIVE, and giving me a certificate

    agent from xbox center said, that xbox cant be broken becouse it cant broke in parts. if something is broken it will be all broken so internet card of my xbox can't be broken [it was connected for 3 minutes one week ago and send to xbox info about my points,

    Becouse I have copied my profile becouse I have to xbox's my microsft accout has been blocked because they think it has been hacked microsoft support told me to message xbox the reason I cannot recover my account is becouse the secondary email has been spelt
    wrong and Microsoft will not help me to fix it, so they said to at least sout my xbox problem is to try xbox support on my tablet at the moments so I cannot currenttly live chat , please help.

    Im having the same problem, so my xbox show's this offer that has 3 month's of game time just for 9,99€. When i try to buy it i get this message: Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later. Status code: 80190821.

    I haven't bought xbox live time for like 6 months. Before that my credit card has worked without problems. I cancelled my credit card when i took break and entered my credit card today again. So i don't think that the problem is about the credit card/account
    information becouse my account/my credit card has same information. I have also check'd microsoft.billing and it says my credit card status is: Good. My bank also accept's online purhace's becouse my World of Warcraft gametime keeps runing good.

    Im using a Visa Electron.

    I haven't call'd to MS becouse it's too late today and it's not open at weekends.

    So can somebody please solve me this problem so i can buy gametime and play with my friends again?

    longtime PC gamer, Morrowind, SimCity, etc....computer finally died and like someone said got tired of having to upgrade to play "new" games

    son-in-law gave me his old original Xbox and after it died I broke down and got a 360,
