My game is asking me to buy it again. Anything I can do?

When I bought my xbox 1, it came with a game called Kinetic Sports. I recently rebooted and started playing on my xbox after a couple of years, and while all the other games are there (I just have to redownload it, no need to pay again), Kinetic Sports (a game I got for free when I bought the xbox 1) is now showing that I have to buy the game to play. Is there any thing I can do?

Best thing to do is to contact official support here:
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

They can see what went wrong with the license.

Would you please try the following solutions below:

Remove your account and add it back again.
Restart your device (If you are using a PC/ Windows 10) / Preform a power cycle (If you are using an Xbox console).

However, If the issue persists and you are using an Xbox console, please try preforming a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know how it goes!

Go to the top right corner, click on your avatar

click on my microsoft account

will open a tab written my personal information

Click, and go to the date of birth

Change to 18+

After that, no more permissions appear.
