My game i paid for is missing

My WWE 2K17 that i paid for was missing from my "Ready to Install" list as well. But I was able to retrieve it with all my paid DLC through the Microsoft store on a Windows 10 PC. Here's How:

NOTE: for this to work both you Windows 10 PC and Xbox One must be connected to the internet and logged into the same Microsoft Account that you used to purchase WWE 2K17

1. Open the Microsoft Store app on a Windows 10 PC.

2. Click the 3 dots ( . . . ) at the top right corner of the Store to open a list of options and select "My Library". This will show a list of games and apps that you purchased or downloaded on Windows 10 and on Xbox One. If you purchased WWE 2K17 digitally
in the Xbox Store, it should appear in this list









3. Click on WWE 2K17 to open it's store page and click on "Install on my devices". A dialog box will appear asking you "Where do you want to install?" Your Xbox One console should show up in the list. (You may see multiple consoles in this list if you
have more than one Xbox One console linked to your Microsoft Account.) Select the console you want to install the game on and click the "Install Now" button. This will attempt to push the download to your Xbox One.









You can now check your download queue on your Xbox One to make sure the game is downloading.

Repeat the process for any DLC that you may have purchased with the game.

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with the game, are you playing this on the Xbox One or on Xbox 360? When searching for the game I do see that the game is no longer available for download for the Xbox One, If you do own the game unfortunately
you wouldn't be able to download due to it no longer being in the Microsoft Store.

It shows you are able to download it for the
Xbox 360 but I'm thinking that could be troublesome due to the game having already been removed.

2K support provided some information through their support page regarding the game servers being shut down, you can find more information by following the link below.

You can always install the game using a disc onto the console, if you own the game already (you can check your

Order History to confirm) you would not need to have the disc in the console in order to play.

Search for it in the store. If that does´nt work for you, well, try to ask a friend for a digital copy, and install it.

After you do that, just remember; do not delete it.

You can contact support if you want to issue a full refund, or you can wait and see if it gets added on to your account at a later time.
