My game has disappeared!

My Assassins Creed Syndicate has vanished. I have played it many many times before but today I go to load it up and it says I don't own it when I do. So I uninstall it and go to reinstall it but it's not there, it's just gone. You have literally stolen a
game from me. What is this and how are you going to fix this?

My game score has disappeared.

I am having the same problem with solitaire daily challenges. Scores for the 1st - 14th have disappeared. I have downloaded all available updates with no effect. By all that is on the web this is a common problem.

What can we do about it?

It's still happening., The December score and Bronze badge awarded have now gone as well. Would like to know if anyone else is having this problem? The games have now become a big con as far as the challenges are concerned and I don't know who to complain
to.

 

Were dis you purchase assissins creed from, was this a redeem code, or a purchase from the store.

If it is from the store, make sure you are signed into the xbox with that account (also check you billing history)

If its a redeem you need to be logged in with the account you redeemed the code with, otherwise it will not appear in your ready to install section on your xbox.
