My game has been removed without me doing anything with no refund

Same here Dillon and Im from Sweden. I bought this bundle 6 days ago and I wake up today to see it has been refunded without me ever asking for a refund. It has also been removed from my Library. This is some really pisspoor sketchy behavior from Microsoft. I will for the rest of my life rather pay 10x the price to buy things from another platform than to buy from you guys again. Extremely dishonorable practice from MS, you should be ashamed.

Imagine refunding something your customer has purchased from you 6 days later without saying anything.....

You can hide anything without achievements

The only way to remove a game is to refund it.

Hey I actually came here to write this same thing, I have the same issue. How dare Microsoft refund and remove a game from my library without asking me or telling me. I bought this bundle and game fair and square and paid for it several days ago, why am I waking up today to see that it has been refunded WITHOUT telling me. This is disgraceful behavior from Microsoft and believe it that I will never ever again in my lifetime purchase anything from you.

Normally if customers actually do need a refund you move at the speed of a turtle to get us our money back and now when the supposed mistake have been made by you, you choose shift that to your customers?

I would understand to some degree if they had done such a refund to people who aren't even from Sweden and switched store to circumvent this, but I am Swedish and I live in Sweden. If they made a mistake in their store they should honor it, really poor from you MS, really poor.

It is not a refund for a game I am asking for, I was in game purchases that my 4 year old autistic son made without me knowing. The reason it has taken so long is because I have been in contact with my bank and my solicitor to get the best advice possible and they have told me that Microsoft have to refund me

I need your help once more it's seems after the refund denial my game has been removed and not come back yet. What should I do
