    My game says it is corrupted to uninstall and reinstall it but I can't install it. It instantly cancels instillation and I don't know what to do

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, please unplug the external hard drive and then perform a powercycle before installing the game. Make sure to keep the hard drive unplugged.

    Hello sorry to say if its telling you the file is corrupted its nothing you can do about that. Its some sort of error in the file and it makes it unusable.
