My game downloads as an app? Installation stopped by itself?

Hey there,

I have been trying to download this month's free to gold game Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga wich is a Backward Compatibility game from xbox 360 but everytime I try, it downloads as an unknown app and stops by itself.

I have no idea why this happens and I haven't been able to get help from anyone so far

Help?

INSTALLATION STOPPED

Hi guys. I'm constantly having issues with my Xbox. I've bought of my games as online downloads. Over time I've had to delete a few old games. Now if I try download any of my old games it fails. How can I fix this? It's absolutely rubbish since I've paid
for the games. Any ideas or tips?

Installation stopped!

I have tried everything even going as far as to setting my xbox one to factory default and this has still not worked I'm seriously over it, contacted xbox support like 4 times and no help this is my last chance into fixing my game- Grand theft auto 5 wont
download at all the disc is in perfect condition and I know this is my Xboxes fault but other games such as fallout 4 and Left 4 dead 2 download without a problem PLEASE help me I'm so over this and I want this resolved

Ive discovered that i can download apps and not games i dont know why but games wont download and just say installation stop but apps download

Ok, if the game is not installed then go to My Games and Apps then Ready to Install to download the base game.

I would be happy to download Destiny, but also the Collectors Edition app, where I offer to download the Expantion Pack 1(after 1% of installation constantly fails) and 2(installs fine), I have nothing more to install and most Destiny in the My games and
apps NO! =(

That's all I got after purchase. The app itself is Collector's Edition, Expansion I and II. The base game in the library has not received.

it doesn't work for me..

i start the xbox box. my internet connection is already up. then i deinstall the blueray app. then i install it again. then i put the game in. i accept to download the update. then it stops by 4%. so i let the game in but i deinstall the game in my games
and apps. know i install it again. my game is in but then the update question comes again. so i accept to download the update but then it stops again at 4%.

please say me what i'm doing wrong

This didn't help install the 9GB of base game, it still stops at 5.9GB, if you need more detail, this is a copy that I had gotten in some time 2019. The base game is having an issue with installation, it stops at 5.9GB, everything else is installing at this point. When I download the game, I tried updating and installing, and updating later, no matter what the game stops installing at 5.9GB, I can also hear the disc stop spinning as soon as it gets to that point. It says "installation stopped" and when I try to keep it installing, it doesn't do anything, it seems to be an issue with either my Xbox or the base game itself. It also seems to be just modern warfare that is having this problem, vanguard and Cold war work fine, it's just the base 9.18GB base game that stops.
