    Hey Ozzy,

    You might want to take a look at our Game Troubleshooting
    page. If the issue persists after going through those steps, try
    Factory Reset     preferably start with the option that keeps your Games and Apps. Let us know how it goes!

    try power cycling your console by holding down it's powerbutton for about 10 seconds.

    Retry afterwards.

    What games are you playing? Have you tried reformatting your xbox?
    Games like gta v digital, red dead redemption 2 on disc, mortal kombat, gears of war.

    No , did not try it, but I did it 3 months ago when my xbox one said I had an error.

    We will need some more info to help you. Does this happen with every title you own both disc and digital copy? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?
