    My game don't install


    I have the CD of Call of Duty Ghosts, yesterday i tried to install it, but when it was 70% a mesage appered, it said that happend a error, so i can't install it. I tried many things to solve it but nothing worked. If you have already solved a problem like
    this please write me.

    Hi,

    Since yesterday it is impossible to insall any game from Xbox One, neither from Store or from Ready to Install.

    When pressing Install nothin happens, games are not added to queue.

    My game don't install

    Sorry to hear it. It could be updates interfering with the install. Please try taking your console offline for the install then reconnect to see if that helps.

    Hi!

    Uninstall the previous installation (if present), then clear the cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try to install the game again.

    Hi!

    Remove the game if it did manage to install partially and try disconnect/switching console to offline mode and then try installing it.
